Abstract
My main research is the PLC control system of sewage treatment. With the
rapid development of cities, the environment becomes more and more important.
Wastewater is one of the major factor of pollute the environment. The automatic
controlling system of wastewater treatment is not very advanced in China. The
water qualities of the treated wastewater are unstable. So how to solve the
problems is very meaningful to our country.
This paper introduced the hardware structure, work principle of PLC control
the system and design PLC control system’s basic principle and step, then with
the SBR wastewater treatment craft for example to illustrate the PLC in the
application in the wastewater treatment process. Designed the electricity control
of equipments and automatically control circuit according to the sewage
treatment requirements, mainly include the start and stop of equipments, the state
of the signal and so on. Finally design PLC control system according to the
technological requirements, include the PLC type selection, the allocation of
system resources and draw up PLC procedure according to the wastewater
treatment craft.
Establish a highly automated of sewage treatment plant, not only may
strengthen the system’s reliability but also may reduce the labor intensity and
reduce processing costs and save energy. The establishment of sewage treatment
plant’s automatic control system will reduce the production and maintenance
costs, also can reduce production and maintenance workers in the labor intensity.
