Abstract
With the popularity of the Internet, network media has become a mighty media, especially in
China, network media is not only dramatically changed the nationals’ reading mode, network
media's strong position in China is more than the U.S. Therefore during crisis public relations
process should not ignore the important role of network media. Development of the Internet
makes the Network Crisis happen continually ,what becomes an issue that company have to face
during Network Times. This article emphatically analyzes the characteristics of information
dissemination and public relations characteristics in Network Times, and analyzes strategy of
crisis public relations with dissension between Tencent and 360.
