生危机是不可避免；危机对于企业而言，并非偶然的不幸现象，而是一种普遍
存在的现象。虽然危机没有人喜欢，但是危机却无处不在。改革开放

30多年以来，

许多企业曾经叱咤风云，却也在各种危机和风险面前一蹶不振，留下的只是一
瞬间的光环！从我国的宏观条件来看

——政治、经济、文化、媒体、政策环境中，

企业要想立于不败之地，需要优秀的管理能力、领导能力、强烈的危机意识和危
机管理能力。本文主要研究危机的可怕性，同时危机也是可以预防的，通过研究
企业危机管理的现状及其含义、重要性，总结出企业危机管理的应对策略。

Abstract：According to the American crisis management experts poll showed 80% 
of the enterprise managers think enterprise crisis is inevitable; Crisis on enterprise is 
concerned,  not  accidental  unfortunate  phenomenon,  but  a  common  phenomenon. 
Although  the  crisis  has  not  people  like,  but  the  crisis  is  ubiquitous.  Reform  and 
opening up more than 30 years, many enterprises once all-powerful, but also in all 
kinds of crisis and risk prostrate before, and leave the aura is just a moment! From 
the macroscopic conditions in China to see-political, economic, cultural and media, 
policy  environment,  the  enterprise  to  be  in  an  invincible  position,  in  addition  to 
need good management skills and leadership skills, but also to have a strong sense 
of  crisis  and  certain  crisis  management  ability.  This  paper  makes  a  study  of  the 
crisis of terrible sex, including the meaning of the crisis, signs of enterprise crisis, to 
the enterprise crisis may harm caused by the and so on, at the same time also can 
prevent  crisis,  through  the  study  of  the  present  situation  of  enterprise  crisis 
management  and  its  meaning,  importance,  and  sums  up  the  enterprise  crisis 
management strategy.
