Abstract:

 

Filament weaving industry is our country textile industry in the emerging industry, is also the most 

dynamic markets and technology is one of industries of vigor. Filament weaving industry started late, 
but in the past20 years of rapid development, has become China's textile industry 's fastest growing one 
of pillar industries, in promoting the spinning technology, weaving technology and dyeing and finishing 
technology development, in the development of high performance textile process plays an irreplaceable 
role. Therefore, we should analyse seriously more filament weaving industry in the logistics aspects of 
the defects, combining theory and practice, give reasonable suggestions.

The carnation weaving company as object of study, first of all, the company introduced basic, 

understand the company background and overview; secondly, the company logistics warehouse 
management issues discussed; finally, according to the company's existing problems puts forward the 
reasonable proposal.

1章 引论

1.1 调研背景

我国长丝织造产业源于极具民族特色的真丝绸产业，因其省略了复杂且冗长的

纺纱工艺，因此具有工艺流程短的特征，同时由于其原料是通过化学加工方法获取，

且在加工过程中可通过不同的化学方法改变其性能，因此又具有可供量大、品种多样

的特征。

随着化纤原料的开发及广泛应用，我国化纤长丝织造产业从无到有、从小到大，

得到了快速发展，织物的应用范围不断扩大，种类不断增加，总量早已超越真丝产

品。尤其是近十年来，更是发展迅猛，产量和出口量均翻了４倍，产量从

2000 年的

40 多亿米上升到 2010 年的近 300 亿米，年平均递增 20％以上，出口也从 2000

年的

15.77 亿米上升到 2010 年的 76.96 亿米，年平均递增 17％以上，与其他纺

织产品年均递增

3%左右比，化纤长丝面料是纺织工业中发展最快的产业之一。随着

量的扩张，产业技术水平、装备水平、产品水平也得到了相应提升，形成了一批各具
