Abstract:   Food   allergy   has   become   a   global   food   safety   issues 
arising out diseases seriously affect people's normal life, so to carry 
out the food allergen detection is particularly important. This article 
reviews   the   common   methods   and   new   detection   techniques   for 
food   allergen   detection,   and   to   explore   the   prospects   for   the 
development of food allergen detection methods.
