Abstract

At present, the state-owned enterprise play a important role of our national economy. They are the main

source of national finance and the foundation of socialism, has been holding the lifelines of our national

economy. They play a leading position in the national economy development.

But for a long time, regulatory measures do not reach the designated position and some of the enterprise

to the understanding of the financial management still exist deviations, which make the financial management

level in general bad. The problems of the high cost, long-term losses, the fund revolving, economic low

benefit, the management level and the low overall quality, the unreasonable human resources development and

configuration, the weak state-owned enterprise financial strength are common.

This article mainly expounds the state-owned enterprise financial management of the background and the

present situation, and in view of them, puts forward the relevant pointed measures and countermeasures to

hope that through these strategies can improve China's state-owned enterprise financial management problems,

and then strengthen the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises.
