论中小企业营销管理中存在问题和策略
摘要:当前,我国中小企业表现出管理水平较低、缺乏竞争能
力和抵抗经营风险的能力较弱等问题,不少中小企业尚处于创
业初期,存在着严重的资源浪费和环境污染等问题。随着国际
金融危机的持续和加深,我国中小企业面临的压力和挑战越来
越大。那么,目前我国中小企业的现状,通过什么渠道才能得
以改观呢?只有实施采购创新的策略,可以为推进我国中小企
业发展提供一个新的思路。以下将理论结合供应链经验,从采
购方式的创新和企业文化分析两个方面分析我国中小企业的采
购与供应链创新。
