Feeding flow in through one side of spring pipe,spray to the 

surface of paper from spring stick,make smooth by blade,surplus 

costing materical back flow from receive device.

To prevent streak caused by little pellet pile up at the edge 

of  blade,use  blade  vibrating  device  and  eliminate  blade  streak 

and  Avoide  wear  and  tear  blade.So  make  coating  film  smooth 

and improve paper quality.

Through  coating  flow  adjust  device,can  accurate  control 

back  up  roll’s  pressure  comes  from  blade,So  can  machinical 

control the trickness of coating film and suit for the demand of 

and kind of paper.
