ABSTRACT
Fixture is the mechanical manufacturing
process a necessary part of the system,
especially in batch production, in order to
improve production efficiency and
guarantee the processing quality, the use of
fixture is indispensable. Mainly by
positioning a fixture, clamping pieces, clip
concrete is composed of three parts, in the
processing of orientation and clamping play
a role. The design of fixture in accordance
with the requirements of processing
operations, according to the general
orientation, clamping order completed.
This thesis is to combine the actual production, often found only in general can not meet the
production requirements, fixture with general clamping work-piece jig low labor productivity, quality is not
high, and often need to increase crossed, specially designed a kind of milling fixture, mainly including the
positioning jig, clamping, to plan, and specific design and machining precision of key aspects of analysis.
The clip has good machining precision and pertinence, mainly used for gearshift forks slot lathing
parts of the processing procedure. This fixture is clamping force device, the machine tool's fixture with
modern requirements of precision and efficiency of the characteristic, can effectively reduce the processing
time and auxiliary time of basic, greatly improving the labor productivity, which can effectively reduce the
labor intensity and increase the work efficiency. So the understanding and knowledge of fixture in learning,
today is particularly important.
