Our age is an era full of opportunities and challenges, in market economy, to an enterprise could attract
talents, motivate and retain talent, is the enterprise survival and the development of lethal weapon, also
deciding whether the key to survival and development. Often small and medium enterprises have been facing
talent crisis, how to attract talent, tarry talent is a difficult problem for the enterprises, and enterprise talent
problem and the key lies in the salary management system. How to establish a new compensation management
concept, using the adapt to enterprise development, pay system, retain, maintain the vitality of enterprises and
competitiveness, reasonable and effective help enterprise talent, incentive talent, make sure the enterprise lasts,
healthy, rapid development, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance to the
