Abstract: M EOP is an impo rtant achievem ent on com bining paper industry info rm atization and energy

nology.

It is one kind of EM S ( EM S, Energy M anagem ent System ) based on the M ES fram ewo rk. The paper intro

duces the hardware and the software structure of M EO P, analyzes and describes the system function in detail. The

system help s decision - m aker, m anager, p rocess engineer, dispatcher and operator to wo rk on the sam e p latfo rm ,

which can coo rdinate the energy p lann ing, energy scheduling and energy consum ing.
