液压集成块上的孔道设计实际上是空间孔系的设计 ,也是集成块设计的关键所在 。该方法通过平
面图设计 ,可以方便地设计和检查孔与孔之间在空间是否相交 ,不相交 、
干涉以及孔与孔之间的壁厚检
查 ,在集成块草图设计中是非常有效 。

Abstract :The design met hod on integrated circuit block of hydraulic system is presented. Six faces of integrated circuit block of
t he hexahedron are deployed to a plane by t he design met hod. The position of t he oil holes in integrated circuit block is planned
by 2D drawing design. The met hod is advantageous in checking t he interrelation between one oil hole and anot her. The engineer

ing example testifies t hat t he design met hod is effective.
