Engineering Project in Construction

ABSTRACT
The quality is successful a basis in the competition of market for the buildingenterprises in
course of construction. To promote TQM and ISO9000 series is valid security for increasing the
quality of project.
The quality management of engineering project in construction enterprise isresearched
roundly in this thesis. On the base of relation between ISO9000 and TQM,the application of
ISO9000 and TQM in construction enterprise has been analyzedand researched by combining the
characteristics of engineering project. Based on thecondition of quality system execution, several
methods to solve the keyproblems inconstruction enterprise were discussed. With analyzing the
process of qualitymanagement in the project of stone-curtain-wall, the quality management and
qualitycontrol of engineering project in construction enterprise has been analyzed andresearched.
