[摘要]  随着全球化经济的发展，中国企业将面临更加激烈的市场竞争，推动企业信息化已成为企业
生存和发展的必由之路。我国中小企业数量众多，在国民经济中占有相当重要的地位，本文研究中小企
业

ERP系统的设计和开发。中小企业资源管理系统，是实现中小企业信息化的管理信息系统，具体内容

包括：生产管理、库存管理、采购管理、销售管理、财务管理、人事管理、产品管理、报表管理、系统管理和
办公自动化等功能模块。本人所负责的采购管理系统，主要包括采购询价管理模块、采购订单管理模块、
采购订单审核模块、采购收货管理模块、供应商信息管理模块。

The Design and Development of ERP System in 

Small and Medium Bussiness

——Purchasing Management System design and

Abstract： With the development of economic globalization, China’s enterprises will be 
faced   with  more  violent  competition,therefore  it  is  inevitable   for  them   to  push   their 
informationization. China has a great number of small and medium bussiness, which 
play   an   important   role   in   China’s   economy   today.   This   dissertation   researches   the 
design   and   development   of   ERP   system   in   small   and   medium   bussiness.   The   ERP 
system   in   small  and   medium  bussiness   is  a  management   information   system  which 
accomplishes   their   informationization.   It   concludes:Production   Management   System, 
Stock   Management   System,   Merchandising   Management   System,   Sales   Management 
System,   Financial   Management   System,   Personnel   Administration   System,   Product 
Management System, Statement Management System, System Management System, 
Office   Automation   Management   System   and   so   on.   I   was   in   charge   of   purchasing 
management   system,   mainly   including:   purchasing   enquiring   price   management 
module,purchasing order management module,purchasing order checking management 
module,purchasing   accepting   materiel   management   module,the   supplier   information 
management module.

人类社会已进入信息时代，信息技术的迅速发展加快了企业的现代化与信息化的进程。随着全球经

济一体化进程的加快，对中小企业国际化程度提出的挑战也越来越高，如何提高企业管理水平，增强
