Abstract:  Archives  information  automation  system  is  a  need  to  use  a  variety  of  academic 

knowledge, professional and more departments cooperate and many aspects of complex systems 
engineering.  The  system  construction  and  development  of  the  present  stage,  a  study  to  explore
