Abstract ： According  to  statistics ， people  in  language  communication  activities ， in 

listening，speaking，reading，writing and translation of the five language skills，listening is in 
the first place ，it  is a very important language  skill.Listening is  not only a means of obtaining 
information ， but  also  indispensable  channel  to  gain  language  nutrition.Listening  also  helps 
promote  speaking ， writing ， reading  and  translating  abilities  to  improve  and  consolidate 
correspondingly.Therefore ， listening  in  English  learning  occupies  an  important  position.Our 
university  spent  a  lot  of  money  in  building  English  autonomous  learning  system  of  language 
laboratory.In  practice  we  have  obtained  certain  achievements ，   but  management  should  be 
improved.The  article  is  about  the  management  on  listening  and  speaking  autonomus  learning
