一、胜任特征的描述:

胜任素质模型:指能将某一工作中表现优秀者与

表现普通者区分开来的个体潜在的深层

次特征。和工作分析、职位评价共同支撑起公司的人力资源管理工作。其

主要包括以下几

个方面:

技能

由于练习而近乎自动化了的动作方式。可分为:
动作技能:主要是肌肉运动,它表现在外部行动和对事物的直接行动中。例如操作机器(打
字)、写字、弹琴、打球等技能都属于这一类。
心智技能:主要是认识活动,包括感知、记忆、想象和思维,而以思维为它的主要成分。例如
解题、心算、阅读、作文等的技能都属于这一类。掌握正确的思维方法是心智技能的主要特点。

能力

顺利完成某种活动且直接影响活动效率的心理特征。能力分为
一般能力:不同种类活动中表现出来的共同能力。是人们有效的掌握知识和完成活动必不可
少的心理条件。
特殊能力:从事某种专业领域活动所必需的专门能力或几种专门能力的结合体。这是胜任素
质模型中比较重要的一部分。

对事物的分析综合、抽象概括的能力,不论在解决一般问题还是实施创造性活动都占很大比重

记忆力

存储过去信息的速度、准确性。

观察力: 对事物全面、细致的分析能力,主要指知觉能力。
想象力: 再想象和创造想象,根据已有知识构想新事物的能力。

分析能力

收集相关的信息、分析不同信息之间的关系、做出因果关系的推断并找出对实际问题的有效解决
